2. How did you come up your action plan?

Q103 Group 1 Answer: Sir Richard gave us one day to interview teachers to know their area of
concern and what to improve. We also observed and socialized with them.

 Q103 Group 2 Answer: First, Sir Richard assigned us to interview a Grade 4 adviser about their
areas of problem. The adviser said that the problems concerning the pupils is the reading and
mathematical skills that is why we come up with our action plan

na experience ng students niya is yung nahihirapan yung mga students niya sa pagbabasa ng

3. What are the challenges you have experience during the formulation of your action plan?
Q103 Group 1 Answer: During the formulation of our action plan, it is common to experience
challenges with the group members who are not helping in formulating what to put in our action
plan. It is the common challenge that we encounter when we make our action plan and our time in
making our action plan. We rushed it that’s why it kinds hard to make it.

Q103 Group 2 Answer: Financial. We don’t know if our financials is enough

4. What are the things you have prepared before the implementation of your action plan?
Q103 Group 1 Answer: The most important in everything that we prepared is our financial that we
used for the formulation of our action plan and the activities that we implement prepared for them in
that day or week.

 Q103 Group 2 Answer: Patience because someone already fought in the first week. Then, Time.
We ave limited time in teaching. Then, Budget. Sometimes its not enough so someone needs to
give additional contributions

6. How much did you spend before, during, after the implementation of your action plan?
Q103 Group 1 Answer: Q103 Group 1 Answer: Before the implementation of our action plan, our
expenses only costs 500 pesos because we only need bond papers and printing. Its 100 per
member so 1.6k eberyweek. In our culmination we spent more than 4,000 so we contributed 100
each and after is 100 below then after 500 pesos also.

7. What have you learn from your work immersion?

Q103 Group 1 Answer: I learned that education is the key to success and if a team has unity
everywork shall be done in no time and I learned to be thankful in what we have because some of
the students in tina elementary school is financially unstable.

Q103 Group 2 Answer: Patience. I also realized that being an elementary teacher is not easy most
especially if your students don’t behave, hardwork of the teachers. I learned how to handle children
and you need to longer your patience. The pupils have their own unique skills.

Q104 Group 1 Answer: Teamwork and Patience sa mga bata kasi grade 1 yung tinuturuan namin

Q104 Group 2 Answer: hindi madali maging teacher, mahaba ang patience, and need mo akitin
like mag gawa ka ng activities na gusto nila

Q105 Group 2 Answer: Being a teacher is not really easy. Hindi lang sila yung basta naga turo at
naga bigay ng activities. It is also how hard it is to prepare their materials nila.
