1. Document control
Control of contract and related technical attachments and specifications, with attention to:
a) Purchase Order/Contract (shall be signed and supported by all necessary backup information);Available

Verify the presence of Change Orders, pending requests, derogations, or other points to clarify. Nil

2. Sub-orders and materials

Verification and update of the situation relative to the list of all sub-orders issued, with sub-supplier references
and delivery dates, and to be issued, with the expected order dates.
Require the updated “Procurement Plan”, and verify the presence of the following information:

- Forecast and actual emission date; N/A

3. Manufacturing progress
Verification and update of the Manufacturing Plan for every item, and check of the estimated production time for
each phase, internal and outsourced.

d) Date of the next manufacturing step and scheduled inspection dates. Details mentioned below

Wicket gate (Qty-40):-

 Casting of 40 nos wicket gates manufacturing activities completed.
 Maching of wicket gates activities completed.
 1st Lot of 20Nos wicket gates was dispatched ATUL to voith on dated 01.02.2023.
 2nd Lot of 20Nos wicket gate will be offered for inspection on next week and tentatively it will be dispatched on
20.03.2023.

Runner Cone (Qty-02):-

 Casting of 02 nos runner cone manufacturing activities completed.
 Maching of runner cone activities completed.Final machining will be done at Voith.
 02.Nos Runner cone NDT testing will be offered on date 07.03.2023 tentatively it will be dispatched on
22.03.2023.

Runner Crown (Qty-02):-

 Casting of 01 nos runner crown manufacturing activities completed and machining works under progress.
 Casting of second runner crown manufacturing works under progress.it will be completed on next week and
offered for TPM inspection on date 02.03.2023.
 After completed maching of both runner crown atul will be offered NDT testing on date 20.03.2023 tentativly.
 Runner crown will be dispatched on date 01.04.2023 tentatively.

Runner Band (Qty-02):-

 Casting of 02 nos runner band manufacturing activities completed.
 Maching of runner band activities will be completed on this week.
 After internal NDT testing Atul will be offered NDT testing on date 15.03.2023.
 Runner band will be dispatched on date 01.04.2023 tentatively.

Runner blade (Qty-34):-

 Casting & machining with all NDT test was completed.
 Runner blade will be dispatched on date 28.02.2023.

During expediting visit physically verified all items as per PO and also verified documentation of above Items.

4. Criti cal issues and comments

Verification and critical analysis of:

Pending technical problem issues (Technical/Quality pending points /Non-conformity management);Nil

Causes of delays: in case of delay, describe the corrective actions proposed and their actuation; Nil
Critical subcontracted material or equipment that should be subject to expediting/inspection visits. Nil

Personal comments of expediter on the supplier’s declarations. Manufacturing (casting) may complete by 01-04-
2023 & further turbine assembly related works to be done at Voith India Baroda site . Actual delivery date to be
given by Voith India office to meet site delivery requirements.
