 Pre-requisites for Al-Rajhi Bank AnyConnect VPN users

➢ An account configured in Vasco 2 Factor authentication. This will be provided by

Information Security department(ISD – Jehanzeb M. Shah
<Shahj@alrajhibank.com.sa>; Mohammad Altaf <maltaf@alrajhibank.com.sa>) and
separate procedure document will be shared to install this software in your mobile
phone. This software will be used to generate OTP(one time password) to login to the
VPN.

➢ Installed antivirus and windows defender on your PC/Laptop should be up to date.

Note:
Later versions of the above software are also supported.

 Steps for connecting to AnyConnect UAT VPN:
New UAT VPN user with Rajhi Laptop:
- Check if Cisco Anyconnect “Secure mobility client” and “ISE posture module” is already
installed on your PC or not. For most users, both these softwares are already installed. If
already installed, then go directly to step(3)&(4) below to connect to the VPN and to your
Rajhi resources. If not installed, start from step(1) below.

New UAT VPN user with non-Rajhi/personal Laptop:

- Check if Cisco Anyconnect “Secure mobility client” and “ISE posture module” is already
installed on your PC or not. If installed, go directly to step(3)&(4) to connect to the VPN and to
your Rajhi resources. If not installed, start from step(1) below.

Step 1: Download the VPN client Softwares

Download all the three AnyConnect packages from the below link:

Step 2: Install the downloaded packages.

Install all the three packages downloaded in step1 above one-by-one as per the sequence mentioned.

Package-1 Open and click “Run”, below window will appear, click “Next”..

 Package-2 Open the second ISE posture package and click “Run”

 Package-3 Open the third package and click “Run”, and follow the steps same as for package(1) & (2) by
clicking “Next” and the three packages will be installed.

 Once All the three packages are installed, follow the steps below..
Optional: If your PC asks for restart then restart the PC once.

Step 3: Connect to the VPN

Open the newly installed Anyconnect software from the right bottom corner of your PC as shown below.

 This is how the Anyconnect software will open in your PC.

- Use the link as per your VPN group in the window above and click connect.
Above/Below example is given for VPN group ELSAG.

Once you click connect the below Window will appear

 Enter your Rajhi userID and OTP(password) from “Aman AlRajhi”/Vasco 2 factor authentication software
(Already installed on your mobile, which is mentioned in the “pre-requisites” in the begining of this document)
in the window below..

Below screenshot is only for example, use your own userID and OTP as mentioned above.

Once you click “Ok” above, the below screen will appear, click “Accept” in the screen below.

 Once you click “Accept” above, the below screen will appear, for non-Rajhi/personal Laptops, click
on “Change setting”

Once you click “Change setting” in the screen above, the below screen will appear, uncheck the “block
connections.. ” box as shown below..

 Once you uncheck the “block connections..” box above, close it and after a while below screen will appear,
click “connect anyway” option below..

Once you click “connect anyway” option in the screen above, you will get the below screen. That means you
are successfully connected to the VPN.

 Step 4: Remotely Access your Rajhi Resources
➢ Now you can access the resources you need to access using the translated IPs provided.

Note: If your Antivirus not updated, you will not be able to connect. So please update
and try again.
