Vineet Aggarwal and Kajal Aggarwal are married for 35 years. They
have two children, Rohan, aged 32 years and Krisha, aged 29
years. Both the children are well settled and happily married. Due
to some health issues, Mr. Vineet expired intestate and his
property viz., one house and one land, were divided equally
amongst his heirs. However, Rohan and Krisha have decided to
release their share in favour of their mother. Draft a
relinquishment deed on their behalf.
