Goyex B-32 APP

As we all know we have no money to invest bit we do have time, knowledge and experience to start our
own company. The ideal would start on April beginnings, so that why It would good to start organizing
some issues from now.

 Step 1: Generate ideas for APPs, no matter how silly they may sound, we need a big amount of
ideas to start molding them.
 Step 2: Discuss about which of them can be possible and which others don’t.
 Step 3: Start working on their functions and utilities in order to figure out how to develop them.
 Step 4: Establish the priorities according to their requirements, times, sources needed and
productivity.
 Step 5: Research work of potential clients.
 Step 6: Communicate with them and try to get meetings.
 Step 7: Start developing the ones that no require money invest.
 Step 8: Start developing the big projects in order to have a model ready. In this way we will
become the owners of the idea. Once we have enough sources we will continue developing
them.
 Step 9: WORK.

Following you will find how I think we can classify and put together in groups the Apps that we have.

 Group 1: Huge projects of international reaching. These are the ones that need a long and hard
develop, but are the ideas that can make a difference in the market.
 Group 2: Innovative and different ideas focused in clients use and profit.
 Group 3: Simple ideas that already exist. Easy to sell and develop.
 Group 4: Games.

APP description:

Group 1

Fashion Me: It is a Fashion APP. It has social, entertainment, advisor and commercial purposes. Among
its main utilities it provides a fashion advisor, an option to play with designs and combinations of its data
base, show the users clothes to sell and have social interaction with other users. Users can be created
from regular people to big companies.
Gottcha: This APP would be capable of recognize and copy into the mobile any animal captured by a
photo. To help this recognition a data base will be created allowing the APP to associate the new image
with a previous one. This APP has a lot of great uses, such as games, investigation, encyclopedia,
photography, etc.

How s the night: This one can be located in the second group, but because of the amount of users that it
can have I decided to put here. It consist in a platform with a chat room and GPS integrated that will
allow the users advice of how the parties and discos are going on at real time in order to let the other
users know about the options that the have to go out.

Musicpedia: Another real huge project that will demand a lot of work. Its main functions and utilities are
to create and share music trough a long data base created by the users. Each user is able to upload
melodies, tones, cords solo of any instrument from their account. Once it is uploaded the music can be
used for any other user to create their own songs.

Group 2

Catalogue: The APP is design to have a dynamic and simple user interface (IU), clients will easily be able
to browse and make purchase of your products using their mobile phones or tablets. This allows the
users take a look of the how the product will look before purchase it.

G2 Comic: As you know G2 is producing online comics every weeks and has an audience of 15000
readers. That comic should become an APP, why? Because we need that amount of audience to create
our own advertisement space. Also would be good for G2 to sell his products by this APP and will
become our fist portfolio APP.

Group 3

Delivery Menu: We have to develop APPs that allow the users see the menu and place order trough the
app. This already exists, so we only have to customize it for the client.

Group 4:

Games: I have a silly idea that I share with you later. What is really important in this point is that every
game must be focused in the story tale, the graphics and the MARKETING. We need ideas!!!
Priority Plan (Fran opinion)

The first APP that has to be developed is the G2 comic, why? It is a really simple and quick work that will
allow us to have our own advertisement space for future APPs. As I mentioned before, it is also going to
be our first portfolio work.

Secondly is has to be developed How s the night. Another easy APP that will bring us a great amount of
users and will also become a good advertisement space.

Next we have to focus in GOTTCHA development. Not the full APP but the model in rder to own the idea
and see if we can get a deal with a game company or a animals research ONG (for example)

Simultaneously we have to be working in getting clients. How? The first step is focusing in contacts and
people that we already know. People who have companies or can be able to recommend us to others.

If everything goes well, we may start having some income to invest in more free lancer in order to
accelerate the developing process of the others APPs.

Ebong & Jade: Both of you have a los of contacts, either in India and China. You MUST get at least one
client in less than a month, is not too much, right? As I wrote before, you should start with the people
that you know, the may can refer us to other people. Call Nirav, he knows people and he is also working
in a similar market, so we can convince him to offer to his clients the APPs service.

G2: We need a freaking genius, you have to find him. A person capable of make all of our ideas possible.
I know that has to be someone else in the same page than we are.

Fran: I ll try my best to help all of you in every task. I will also do a research work and I ll keep organizing
and shaping all the ideas.
