Case Study

Below is the request from a client to Lynk team.

———
Hello,

I am looking for some experts to speak with.

We're currently working with a Korean retail client and would like to learn more
about ways retailers and other data-rich companies are using customer data to
meet their business objectives.

Questions we have are:

• What initiatives and pilots have they done to use data to drive specific,
measurable business impact (how were they run, what types of analyses)

• What is the business impact that they see
• How do they forecast the amount of impact they are able to gain from
customer data
• What risks and hurdles have they overcome to become a data-driven
company.

Some potential people we'd love to speak with are anyone from the following
companies:

• Kakao
• Naver
• Kupang
• Amazon
• Sephora
• Target
• Nordstrom
• Walmart (Data Labs centered)

Do you have anyone in your database who matches this expertise? Happy to talk
on the phone to give a better overview.

Thanks,
Client
