Details of the Incident:
Ms. Flores went to the lobby area at exactly April 19, 2023 10:30 AM to wait her
friend who’s coming, she brings her wallet incase they will go somewhere to buy
something, then her friend came the they leave to the lobby. Suddenly Ms. Flores left
her wallet to the lobby, but Ivan {staff} saw a violet wallet on the lobby while walking
and he take the wallet and he surrender it to the lost and found facility.

Action taken:
When Ms. Flores and her friend went to the cafeteria she realized that she left her
wallet in the lobby, so she went back to the lobby to check if her wallet is still there
but she didn’t see it, so she went to the lost and found facility if someone surrender
a violet wallet then accidentally Ivan is still there, and Ivan hear what Ms. Flores said
so he asked Ms. Flores, he said he saw a violet in the lobby. Ms. Flores said that it’s
her wallet. If Ms. Flores is telling the truth she needs to fill out the form for lost and
found facility and she will be asked some questions to check if she’s the real owner
and the hotel needs valid identification card to check it.

Recommendation/ Suggestion:
For claiming procedures Ms. Flores needs to provide a valid identification card to
check if she’s the real owner and she needs to fill out the lost and found form and
she will be asked some questions regarding to the lost items. After the procedure, all
of the information that Ms. Flores gave to the hotel is match to the lost wallet so the
lost and found facility give the wallet to Ms. Flores.
