Vusi and Sibs completed their Bachelor of Science Engineering degrees. They want to
register a company that will make directors to be liable for the debts of the business.

3.1 Determine which form of ownership will work the best for Vusi and Sibs. (1)

3.2 Name FOUR entrepreneurial qualities that they will need when they
start their business. (4)

3.3 Evaluate the negative impact of the form of ownership identified in

question 3.1. (8)

4. Name the form of ownership that is represented by the South African

Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) and outline FOUR characteristics
of this form of ownership. (9)

5. Differentiate between a public and a private company. (8)
