Role of Distribution- The key role that distribution plays is satisfying a firm's customer
and achieving a profit for the firm. From a distribution perspective, customer
satisfaction involves maximizing time and place value to: the organization's suppliers,
intermediate customers, and final customers.
Channels of Distribution
Social Change - it simply means na ito ang mga pagbabago sa ating lipunan. So,
sociologist define it as changes in human interactions or ang oagbabago ng pakikitungo
or ugnayan ng mga tao sa isat isa and changes happen sa paglipas ng panahon at ito ay
long term or pang matagalan. So, social change ay isang konsepto na marami sa atin ay
hindi naiintindihan o hindi talaga naiintindihan. No society remained the same. Change
is always happening and its inevitable.
Example of this ay ang Modernization, from a plain, vintage society na ang way of
communication ay through email at ang transportation ay kalesa naging modern na
kase marami ng way of communucation ngayon especially we are technologically
advanced and kung dati ay kalesa lang ngayon ay marami ng mga sasakyan na mas
mabilis and this modernization is still growing and improving.
Theory of Change is essentially a detailed explanation and illustration of how and why
a desired change is expected to occur in a specific context. It is particularly concerned
with mapping out or "filling in" what has been described as the "missing middle"
between what a program or change initiative does (its activities or interventions) and
how these lead to the achievement of desired goals
Example of this ay ang Project Superwomen" ito ay isang programa na nagsimula
bilang isang pakikipagtulungan sa pagitan ng isang social service provider, isang non-
profit employment training center and domestic violence shelter upang tulungan ang
mga kababaihang nakaligtas sa pang-aabuso at bigyan sila ng opportunities na
magsimula ulit at magkaroon ng trabaho oara kumita.
The three organizations began their program with two basic assumptions
(which are integral to their theory of change):
First ay Non-traditional jobs, such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building
management, pay better and offer more opportunities for advancement, and are more
likely to be unionized. As a result, if women receive training in these areas, they are
more likely to have employment security and decent pay.
Secind ay Domestic abuse survivors require more than job training to achieve
economic stability. They must learn coping skills, develop workplace behaviors, and
have access to child care. They must also be able to deal with personal crises and
events such as court appearances and dealing with the foster care system. If these
aspects of their lives are not considered, any job training will be unlikely to result in
permanent employment.
