GOVERNMENT’S ARGUMENTS

Speaker 1
In Social politic climates people are one society so it’s important to develop a communal identity
that can represented all of the people in that society, make them feel like they're a sense of
community.
As an innately social creatures, communal identity is a part of a human social needs. Prioritizing
communal identity doesn't mean we abandoning Individual rights
While in the status quo communities have been increasingly deprioritized especially during/after
the pandemic also cause narratives like extreme Individualism and capitalism
Human can have a moderate amount of selfishness but at that time they also want company. No
need to push individual rights cause humans are already selfish in nature so all we are doing is
neutralizing it by using/developing communal identity to make sure all humans feel connected.
We cannot simply champion individual rights without developing a good communal identity,
cause individual rights in within individual rights each person focuses on what rights they can
get & their own right in minority group, causing competition in catching masses and media
press attention
If we develop a good command sense of identity, people will find it easier to mobilize their own
social movements and create actual structural change.

Speaker 2
When Capitalism" already entrenched in humanity's flesh and the sense of individualism is
glorified. We need a counter balance by reminding the value community and communal identity
constantly. However this sense of communal Identity is not going to overshadow your natural
Sense of survival instead you might get some benefits from people inside the Community
Social political discourse aims to bring constructive developments in a Society that full of
conflicting interest, different identities, and privileged
Good communal identity means you take in more people's interest and needs and blur it into one
identity. There's an inherent cost of living within society which is you can't prioritize and forcing
your personal pleasure while individual fulfillment means just trying to fulfill issues that aren't
inherent or communal.
Humans are entitled, always want to be seen by others and shine individually. In social political
discourses, you can't just diminish other people's presence, their existence and importance in the
community and consider yourself as the most important one. Without your community,
successful may not be reached. It emphasizes the importance of community.
Speaker 3
Underprivileged voice always skipped over and fighting for individual rights can't solve these
problem especially for Minorities compared to a group that genuinely care about you and give
you a sense of belonging.
Communal identities are not just religion but also manifested in the concept of tax and
nationhood.
When a person have a communal mindset you will think about other people first before yourself
and would more likely be less entitled and trying to be understanding, this would be a nicer and
better society for the minorities. In which they would be listened, even a protest would be
listened more effectively in a community.
Meanwhile in individualism the voices of the minorities are crowded out cause no one cares
about each other. Minorities complaining about their rights in real matters that need to be
pointed-out, while majority might fight for their rights in less important things, overwhelmed
government in prioritizing which side to heard since both side is extremely loud and selfish.
This situation might auto-activated majority privileged which would make Minorities be much
move oppressed
In a communal identity we are on the side that protects vulnerable which is the minorities and we
actually give them a chance to speak up to feel a belonging to feel represented as a part of the
human being who needs the social interaction
