Amendment to the Tamil Nadu Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Societies Common Cadre
Service Rules, 2019.

No. SRO A-28/2019.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 180 read With sub-section
(1) of Section 75 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 (Tamil Nadu Act 30 of 1983), the Governor of
Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Societies
Common Cadre Service Rules, 2019.

Amendment

In the said Rules, in rule 3, in sub-rule (4), for the expression “the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Chennai",
the expression "the Joint Registrar of co-operative Societies of the Region concerned" shall be substituted.

Amendments to the Tamil Nadu Factories Rules.

No. SRO A-29/2019.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 112 of the Factories Act, 1948 (Central Act LXIII of
1948), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Factories Rules,1950, the draft of
the same having been previously published, as required under Section 115 of the said Act.

Amendments.
In the said Rules, -
1. in rule 4, in sub-rule (6-A), for the expression "ten consecutive calendar years", the expression "fifteen consecutive
calendar years" shall be substituted;
2. in rule 7, in the second proviso to sub-rule (3), for the expression "ten consecutive calendar years", the expression
"fifteen consecutive calendar years" shall be substituted.
