Either past or future can not destruct art. Art is cosmical. In every
time art has been. Also, art represent to the creativity, but many
people do not think like that. In my opinion, art is special and
government should spend moderate money on art.

To start with, art provides the imagination. We people borned with

the special brain. Every people’s brains are different from each other.
This also means, imagination is significant for people. Imagination
affects normal life. We have a lot of invention in our life. Every
invention was an art before they are not invent. For example, 500
years ago , Da Vinci was drawing a helicopter. This art failed, but it
was a attempt which contains future.

Secondly, investing to art have beneficial effect on country. Art also

means culture. Culture is significant for domestic people. They want
to protect their culture. Culture can be protected with either art or
sculpture. Museums fit this situation. Museums represent to the
culture. Also, with museums people’s life quality raise. They be happy
and advanced. Therefore, museums are passive income for country.
Individuals which are comes from another country supply positive
income. For example, The Hermitage Museum where in the St.
Petersburg / Russia provided 115 million dollars in last year.

To sum up, art is significant for people and governments should

invest to art. As we said, this issue has major benefits on country.
