Stakeholder and communication

Stakeholder's role is to questioning and describing the performance and related activity of the
organization. CEO, Chairperson, manager, shareholders, staff, customer and the government bodies are
the key role player as stakeholders. Shareholders have the high interest of impact because they have the
investment. Employee role is to do as per the task given and finish in the given target point of the time.
Other stakeholder rather than the shareholder just fulfill responsibility. There is essential channel of
communication to share information between the staff members. The CEO role is to give executive
function to the team members and overall view on the making the strategies and polices for the
achievement of the goals of the organization. Those above mentioned entire stakeholder are on the
concern of the report to the date. 1They should have to responsible on their given tasks and
responsibilities. For the managed client and organization environment of relation stakeholders should
play the special role on it. As then internal stakeholders should focus on the productivity and service of
the organization and similarly external stakeholders should play effective role by guiding as well as
providing feedback to them. 2 The management team should collects feedback of the customer and to
bring required improvement in their problems which will enhance the business life and the customer
satisfaction.
