REFLECTION PAPER
LEARNERS
It's been stated that being a teacher makes you a student forever, and this is actually true. It's because teaching
requires constant learning. We learn new things from our students as we are teaching them. And as time passes, a lot
of new innovations—including the use of technology—have been applied in the education of youngsters. Even the
position of a teacher has expanded in recent years.
We are now known as models, facilitators, guides, and many other things instead of just being teachers like
we were in the past. We simply cannot teach by ourselves; we must set an example for our students and assist their
learning so that they can complete their task independently with only our guidance. The classroom of the twenty-first
century is already student-centered, as opposed to earlier times when the teacher would talk and talk and write on the
board. In order to improve the caliber of education being provided to the students, new principles have also been
employed in the teaching profession. Again, we as educators must adjust to these developments or, should we say,
changes because they affect not only our students but also us.
