as an Assistant Athletic Trainer candidate. My skills and experience make me a great fit for
this position.

I enjoy teaching athletes how to take care of themselves and prevent injury, as well as
working with them through recovery. I have worked with professional trainers and assisted
with strength training and conditioning while adapting to the needs of each individual
athlete. I have experience with Mindbody and WaiverKing to document and update
individual profiles in order to track progress and implement goals.

My high school experience includes 1 credit in Anatomy and Physiology and 1 credit in
Biology along with dual enrollment courses: 3 credits in nutrition and 3 credits in health
education. My college experience will include a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a
minor in Coaching. I will shadow current athletic trainers to learn new strategies to adapt to
each athlete's needs. My coursework will provide me with a well-rounded knowledge base
that will allow me to connect with the athletes and staff with whom I will work. I am also
proficient with Microsoft programs and can easily learn new software.
