The cartilage fragments exhibit fragmentation and foci of increased chondrocyte
cellularity along with enchondral ossification.

PAS and PAS-D stains did not reveal any intracellular mucin within the tumour

cells.

Immunohistochemistry: The tumour cells show diffuse positivity for HepParl
and
patchy positivity for CK7, while they are negative for Glypican-3, CK20
TTF1.

IMPRESSION Metastatic carcinoma, specimen of T7 vertebrectomy.

Note: Hepatocellular carcinoma is a possibility. Suggest clinico-radiological

correlation.
