IMPRESSION 69yr old with metastatic HCC for evaluation. post lenvatininb. CT shows:

1) Features of chronic liver disease.


2) Evidence of hypoenhancing lesion involving segment 6 and 7 ofright lobe of liver
Evidence of well-defined hypodense areas along the inferior aspect of lesion with partlal
