I am a very persistent worker and strive for greatness in every aspect of my life. I adapt very well to
change and am constantly looking for a way to better myself and push those around me to be better as
well. I am very personable and a great team worker; I excel best when collaborating with the opinions and
ideas of others, allowing me to better understand a situation and others’ perceptions on the topic. A
position like this will allow me to push myself and to help the company grow.

In addition, I have years of experience in coaching and working with others and being in a leadership role.
On every team I have been a part of, I have fallen into the position of being a leader, allowing my
teammates and the coaches to rely and confide in me for support. Coaching has taught me how to work
well with others in a way that benefits them and our growth. I bring a positive attitude and energy to a
work environment, but I also know when more constructive leadership is the answer in some situations.
To get things done, people need to respect you, and I know how to build rapport with others through my
actions and my work; I plan on showing you these traits if you allow me the opportunity to come and
