Cooperating School will help develop and strengthen my responsibility, resourcefulness,
teamwork, unity and cooperation with the wider school community.
Schools have various learning programs. These reinforce the lessons taught in
the classroom and provide the learners to apply what they have learned in real-word
context. Participation in these learning programs also increases student engagement.
The participation of the students depends on their needs, interest, abilities and
background.
These are some school programs that the schools celebrate during the school

• TITLE of the learning Program LEADERSHIP TRAINING CAMP

• Rationale
Schools primarily enhances the academic performance of the students thus, improving
their knowledge and skills when it comes to dealing with challenges and practical
application. On the other hand, it is important also to improve the skills when it comes to
leading. It is not just about leading others but leading themselves to the paths of
success. Leadership drives the efficiency and productivity of an individual; and
enhances confidence together with building relationships with others towards success.
• Specific Objectives
his program aims to:
Develop the leadership skills of the students;
Enhance the problem-solving skills to deal with the changes, and
Build trust and respect for the others

• Conditions that prompted you to design the program

Changes are inevitable and with the current situation where there is a pandemic,
endless problems may hinder our success. Moreover, students often lack the motivation
and skills to deal with 21st-century challenges. They also create gaps between others
thus harming the mutual relationships and communication. The skills needed in
identifying the problem and determining the solutions are still raw that’s why they need
to have activities that could light up those matters.
