Guidelines for Final Internship

MBA - Batch 2021-2023

1. The final internship starts from 1st March to 26th April 2023 and carries a total 10 credits
(Internship report - 8 credits & Seminar Presentation - 2 credits).

2. Every student shall undertake the internship for 8 weeks in their respective specialisation
areas.

3. The students must report to the individual mentors every week giving the details of
progress at work and discuss the project undertaken. The meeting can be offline/online
depending on the decision of the mentor.

4. The final internship is graded out of 250 marks (200 marks for report and and 50 marks for
seminar presentation). Student need to pass in internship report and seminar presentation
separately.

5. The student shall submit two reports on the submission link (link will be provided prior to
the submission dates). The first report shall carry 80 marks and the second (final) report
shall carry 120 marks.

6. The project topic shall be based on the problem areas identified by you while working at
the organisation and must be related to your chosen MBA specialisation.

7. The first internship report shall contain the following:

• Brief profile of the company

• Introduction on Project topic

• Literature review

• Research gaps and questions

• Project objectives

• Project methodology

8. The second (final) internship report shall contain the following:

• Title page

• Declaration

• Acknowledgement

 • Internship certificate (must include certificate of completion issued by the company

with their permission to make the presentation of the report either in public or in
camera)

• Table of contents

• Executive summary

• Profile of the company

• Introduction

• Literature review

• Research gaps and questions

• Project objectives

• Project methodology

• Data analysis and discussion

• Project findings and conclusion

• Recommendations to the company

• Learnings derived during the internship period

9. First report is to be submitted on 29th March 2023, second (final) report is to be submitted
on 26th April 2023 and presentation must be uploaded by 5th May 2023 (link will be
provided prior to the submission dates). Submissions after the given deadline dates will not
be considered for evaluation.

10.Seminar presentations will be held on 8th & 9th May 2023 wherein attendance by all
students is compulsory.
