FOOD RECIEPE:

CREAMY WHITE SAUCE PASTA;


White sauce pasta is the variation of pasta , which is mostly made with
a touch of white creams and milk.
Previously made in the italy but due to its fame spread throughout the world. Its
usually available at any restaurant these days.

For creamy white sauce pasta the ingredients which we use are :
1. Pasta
2. Milk
3. Butter
4. Cream
5. Red chilli flakes
6. Oregano
7. Flour
8. Mix vegetables. (optional)
9. Cheese (optional)

This dish is vegetarian and it can be served with or without vegetables. Accoring to
your preferences.

METHOD:
 Heat a saucepan. Keep the flame low and add two tablespoons of butter add salt.
 As soon as the butter melts add white flour in it.
 Stir the flour so that no lumps are made.
 Saute the sauce until its golden brown.
 Keep the flame low and out milk in it and add steamed veggies if you want to
add.
 Add seasoning , chilly flakes and oregano.

 Boil pasta in another pot of hot boiling water, let it cook properly , strain it and
add the pasta in the white sauce pan where the sauce was made.
 Mix it well.
 Garnish it with your favourite seasonings , you can add cheese too.
 Pasta is ready. ENJOY .

2. PAN CAKES:
Pan cake is flat ,thin and round cake. It is commonly consumed in
breakfast. It is a type of batter bread.

Ingredients:
1) an egg
2) Milk (half cup)
3) Sugar(4 tablespoon)
4) Oil(1.5tablespoon)
5) Vanilla essence(1 tablespoon)
6) Flour(1 cup)
7) Baking powder(1 tablespoon)

METHOD:
 Take a bowl
 Add all the ingredients
 Whisk until you get a smooth batter
 Preheat griddle
 Add half a cup of batter on griddle and spread it over
 Cook on medium flame
 Flip it after 2mins
 Cook for a minute
 Pancake is ready
 Add fruits and honey for better taste
