with a flat or house?
Exercise 2
Complete the following sentences with the correct words from the table in Exercise 1.

which people might be able to live in flats A-G, or if there is no suitable flat available.

Dave and Rick Looking for a furnished two-bedroom flat. City centre location
essential. Would like satellite TV but not essential.
Sarah Looking for a furnished one-bedroom flat or studio. Washing machine
and quiet location essential.
Jack and Sally Want a two-bedroom flat. Don’t like modern buildings. Don’t like
noise.
Chloe, Lilly and Want to share a three-bedroom flat. City centre location essential.
Liz Parking space essential.
Steve Looking for a one-bedroom flat. Doesn’t like noise.
Pete and Sally Want a flat with at least two bedrooms. Sally doesn’t like small
kitchens. Pete doesn’t like noise.
Mary Looking for a studio. Has her own furniture. Prefers modern buildings.
Doesn’t want to live very far from station.
Jessica and Ella Want to share a two-bedroom flat. Would like a balcony if possible.
Don’t want to live in the city centre. Ella doesn’t like tall buildings.
Ed Looking for a one-bedroom flat in city centre for three months. Parking
space essential. Furnished or unfurnished.
