REMOTE WORK
PARAGRAPH 1:

Fred is a worker in a company, has two children and presented his boss with the proposal to
have flexible hours. Fred suggested the idea to his boss. However, his director rejected his
suggestion.
On the contrary, giving employees the freedom to organize their work schedule to suit their
personal lives means they will be more efficient. In short, flexible hours are very profitable
for companies, since if their workers have good planning, they can be more productive

PARAGRAPH 2:

Working from home has many benefits, but we also have many challenges when we work
from home.When we work from home we are faced with many distractions caused by the
people who live with us, some often caused by our children, video games and taking care of
our pets and to combat this problem, we have to find a suitable space to work and that has
everything we need.

PARAGRAPH 3:
You can have success with remote work if you know to handle it. According to the British Council,
some tips could help a remote team be more effective as building trust or good communication styles.
Also, you should be able to solve the distractions or the excessive silence. The domination of meeting
from someone is also another impediment and you should make everyone participate in the
discussion. Having essential aspects into consideration will make remote work more productive and
successful.
