DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF A PORTION OF A PARCEL OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY TIIESE PRESENTS:

I, JESUS P. DELOS REYES, of legal age, Filipino citizen. and resident of Mahabang
Dahilig. Batangas City. for and in consideration of the sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS
(Php80,000.00), Philippine Currency. to me in hand paid and full receipt or which is hereby
acknowledged from ADELA B. DELOS REYES, single, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and
resident of 8305 LE Sitio Ilaya, Mahabang Dahilig, Batangas City, do hereby SELL,
TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way or ABSOLUTE SALE unto the said Vendee, her heirs.
successors and assigns, portion of a certain parcel of land, situated in Mahabang Dahilig,
Batangas City, more particularly described as follows, to wit:

of which real property, I am the absolute and registered owner, as evidenced by the
aforementioned Tax Declaration.
PORTION SOLD

For: ADELA B. DELOS REYES, single: - Lot 12546 pt. (Lot 1), containing of an area of 1,307 square
meters.

That the Provisions of Articles 1621-1623 has been complied within this sale.

That the above-described property, not having been registered under Act. No. 496 the parties hereto have
agreed to register this instrument under the provision of Sec. 194 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended
by Act. 3344.

That the aforementioned parcel of land does not fall under the provisions of R.A. 6657, 3844 and other
laws, decrees, rules and regulations pertinent to Agrarian Reform.
