TITLE OF STUDY
The title of the study must be investigative. It must be a problem or issue that is
within your territory.

INTRODUCTION
Describe your SBA.
Description should include : Definition of Key Terms
Advantages and Disadvantages of topic.
Objective /Aim of your study.
 METHOD OF DATA COLLECTION
Identify your Population.
Identify your Sample (Your sample must not be less than 10% of your
population)
Describe your data collection instrument. (e.g. Questionnaire etc)
Why use that instrument (Advantages.)
Describe the procedure involved that is: How the instrument was done.
Who it was given out to
When it was given out
When it was collected
What happen to it after it was collected

PRESENTATION & ANALYSIS OF DATA

Here is where you display your data on tables after which your represent same
on graphs.
You have to use atleast three (3) different types of graphs.
Ensure that all graphs are accompanied by the table that was used to generate it.
Your analysis must be a detail description of each graph. (In your analysis you
have to make comparison between or among the data displayed on the graph.)
Ensure all graph headings are in the form of a statement, all the axes are
correctly labelled.
 DISCUSSION OF FINDINGS
Here you have to state what your finding was after presenting and analyzing
your data.
Your findings must be a reflection of what was displayed in your graph.
Your findings represent the outcome of your SBA.

CONCLUSION
Here you will write an overall summary of the SBA. Summing up the topic and
the findings or the topic and its outcome.

REFERENCE/ BIBLIOGRAPHY
Here you make note of all the source that was used in the SBA.
Ensure that your references are arranged alphabetically.

APPENDICES
Here you place a filled copy of your questionnaire.
Also any additional working can be placed here.
