WHEREAS, the Glan School of Arts and Trades Commission on Election conducts a
monthly session, requires a gavel and block, to formally perform and evaluate ideas for the betterment
and improvement of the school.

WHEREAS, providing a gavel and block is a necessity to properly discuss and conclude
different plans, projects and proposal, avoiding unnecessary and unwanted comments and arguments.

WHEREAS, the presiding officer shall have control over the gavel and block and it will be
returned to the COMELEC adviser by the end of the session.

WHEREAS, the Commission on Election may request for assistance from the Civil
Engineering students of Glan School of Arts and Trades regarding of the construction of the gavel and
block.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved, as it is by resolved that the gavel and block

shall be prescribed to the Commission on Election.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 006, Series of 2022, “A RESOLUTION
FOR THE ISSUANCE OF GAVEL AND BLOCK FOR THE OFFICE OF THE GLAN
SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES COMMISSION ON ELECTION.” Was duly approved
by the Commission on Election in its regular session held at the Supreme Student
Government Office of Glan School of Arts and Trades, Glan on the 4th of November, 2022.
