Parts of the basic oxy-acetylene outfit:

Oxygen Cylinder – A tall tank cylinder where oxygen gas


is stored.

Acetylene Cylinder – A tank of lesser height where


acetylene gas is stored.

Regulator (Oxygen) – Separate regulator for oxygen


pressure gauge.

Regulator (Acetylene) – A separate regulator with


acetylene gas pressure gauge that indicates the direction
of the flow towards the torch body.

Acetylene Hose (Red) – A type of hose wherein oxygen
