II. PROJECT COMPLETION


ii.a We (I), the undersigned, agree to start the work immediately upon issuance of the Notice To Proceed. We (I) agree to have all work completed in accordance with the contract
documents. Time of completion shall be _________________ (____) calendar days from date of receipt of Notice of Award/To Proceed.
ii.b A detailed schedule indicating construction activities, manpower and equipment assignment shall be submitted within five (5) calendar days following the receipt of the Notice of Award
/ To Proceed.
III. TERMS OF PAYMENT
iii.a The Owner shall pay the Contract Price to the Contractor in the form of advance payment and progress payments based on an agreed schedule.
iii.b The Owner will make an interest-free advance payment for the Works equal to FIFTEEN percent (15%) of the Contract Price, upon our delivery of the required advance payment bond
equivalent to the amount of the advance payment.
iii.c The advance payment shall be deducted from the progress payments due the contractor with respect to the works. Deductions shall be made at the rate of Fifteen (15%) of the
amount of all progress payments due the contractor until such time as the advance payment shall have been fully liquidated.
iii.d The Owner shall deduct from each progress payment an amount corresponding to ten (10%) percent of such payment. Release of retention money shall be upon issuance of

II. PROJECT COMPLETION


ii.a We (I), the undersigned, agree to start the work immediately upon issuance of the Notice To Proceed. We (I) agree to have all work completed in accordance with the contract

III. TERMS OF PAYMENT
iii.a The Owner shall pay the Contract Price to the Contractor in the form of advance payment and progress payments based on an agreed schedule.
iii.b The Owner will make an interest-free advance payment for the Works equal to FIFTEEN percent (15%) of the Contract Price, upon our delivery of the required advance payment bond
equivalent to the amount of the advance payment.
iii.c The advance payment shall be deducted from the progress payments due the contractor with respect to the works. Deductions shall be made at the rate of Fifteen (15%) of the
amount of all progress payments due the contractor until such time as the advance payment shall have been fully liquidated.
iii.d The Owner shall deduct from each progress payment an amount corresponding to ten (10%) percent of such payment. Release of retention money shall be upon issuance of
