• Handling Microsoft support request cases and resolving them within SLA.
• Creating ICM’s to Incident Management team wherever required with required documentation, Business
impact.
• Troubleshooting, Investigating the issues through problem solving methods/Techniques.
• Handling the production down/outage issues through creating the critical ICM’s, engaging with engineers,
customers & Partners.
• Using internal tools to find out existing issues, providing existing fixes to customers when available.
• Helping partners to configure the system as per the requirement wherever required.
• Create a collaborations task for the Microsoft product group team, another teams, if required.
• Writing test scripts to the Bug team if the reported issue is a Bug and working with them towards
solution/Suitable workarounds.
• Contacting technical team for performance issues, providing them with suitable workarounds.
• Handling the tickets through VSTS/DFM application created by business users.
• Resolving the tickets by CR’s or Bugs as per the requirement or complexity level.

company’s recycling investment program.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handling Dynamics 365 Finance support team and helping support engineers to clear support tickets.
Handling 2012r3 support tickets
Support to all APAC region partner/client/customers
Understand the requirement from Partner/clients.
Prepare the escalation documents and coordinate with the product team.
Regular interaction with Microsoft team
Using tools Service desk- Zendesk, Clearing tickets.
Product configuration under the guidance of senior functional and giving training session to user for business
