Mrs. Shilpali Bhalerao - Psycho-oncologist (M.A Clinical Psychology with a Specialized in

Psycho-oncology). Presently running a Private Clinic ‘Sangyaan’ for mental health issues. She
is the Honorary Head of a US-based Start-up ‘Neki’ to handle the India operation. She is also
Listed As one of the Mentors for HRD UGC for Psychology.

Shilpali Bhalerao has a special interest in the food industry, she is eager to fulfill this interest
somewhere. And got a chance to fulfilled her interest by spending her efforts at MH 31 Family
Garden Restaurant, working with Mr. Gaurav Zade for his Venture M/s MH 31 Family Garden
Restaurant, Situated at Koradi Roa, Nagpur for the past 2 years. She handled the Operational
affairs of the company.

SAMOSAZZ (The fun triangle) is a famous restaurant chain from Indore with other
successful outlets across West Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, and Rajasthan. They are interested
to start their 1st restaurant in the Vidarbha region specifically in Nagpur Location. Official
persons from the SAMOSAZZ'S approached Mrs. Shilpali Bhalerao for the business offer to
utilize the location with the franchisee model. As well as she is interested to start her own
concept and open Indore Air Cooled with Outdoor Dining Restaurant with a Live kitchen.

With her work experience and the technical support of Mr. Gaurav, she is interested to start a
restaurant and food court named "THE URBAN VITAILLE".

OBJECTIVE

To build a restaurant with a party lawn venue with ample space surrounded with greens,
catering a variety of healthy, tasty, and pocket-friendly foodstuff.

Site Address: Janhit Society Plot no.06, in front of Octroi Naka, Vasudeo Nagar Metro
Station, Hingna Road, Nagpur-440022. A leased plot spread over 6000 sq .ft at a prime location
on Hingna road, Nagpur.

1. The Urban Vitaille is a project with a Restaurant and party venue which is spread
across 6000 sq. ft.

2. Indoor Air-cooled Restaurant: - Franchise model ‘Samosazz’ which is the first

outlet in Nagpur (Vidarbha) with other successful outlets across West
Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, and Rajasthan.
3. Outdoor Dine-In Restaurant With Live Kitchen:-Spread over 3500 sq. ft of area,
a dine-in open restaurant with a water fountain will have a sitting capacity of
more than 50 people who can relax and enjoy evenings with healthy food and
Live Music.
4. Open Party Lawn:- Lush Green Lawn with a Center Stage, Urban Vitaille can
arrange a party for 75-100 people at a time.
Strategically located at a prime location adjacent to Vasudeo Nagar Metro
station, our project is exclusively one of its food destinations in 4 km of range. We
will stand uniquely in terms of layout design, Location, Ambience, and food variety
with unique healthy Veg/ non-veg food items. The food items in our menu will be
served fresh at affordable rates giving our customers an unforgettable experience.

We have total 30 Tables in a Restaurant and if considering average food consumption

from one table is 800/- per day, then the sale of food per day comes to Rs.24,000/-

If We run the restaurant in full working days by 30 days in month then – 24,000 x 30 = it
comes to Rs.7,00,000/- per month.

Rs.7,00,000/- per month x 12 months = 86,40,000/- is expected sales for 1 st year.
