Ans: Yes, I agree with the statement that organizations must be to adopt their
changes in the human so the employees can work effectively in the technology.
Human resource planning consists of the following activities:

(I) Forecasting future manpower requirements, either through mathematical


projections of trends in the economic environment and industry development or
through judgmental estimates based on a company's specific future plans.

(ii) Taking inventory of current manpower resources and determining the


extent to which these resources are being used optimally.

(iii) Anticipating manpower issues by projecting current resources into the


future and comparing them to forecasted requirements to determine adequacy
both quantitatively and qualitatively.

(iv) Developing the necessary programs for requirement, selection, training,


development, utilization, transfer, promotion, motivation, and compensation to
ensure that future manpower requirements are met.
