    We have applied for Approval of building plan sanction Ref No: PRJNO:16030/22-23

    Dated:24/04/2023 for construction of house at site number 20A, KHATA NO.1587/4/20A,


    Ramachandrapura village, Yelahanka hobli, Bangalore

    Assistant Director of town planning. Yelahanka Zone Bangalore has written letter No:
    ADTP/LK/PRJ16030/2022-23 dated 24.04.2023 to the station commander, local Military Authority,
    Station Headquarters, Cubbon Road, Tasker Town, Shivajinagar, Bangalore 560001

    for No Objection Certificate as per Defence letters Dated 23* December 2022

    Subsequently, the Ministry of Defence has decided that the MOD letter dated 23/12/2022 has been
    kept in abeyance, copy enclosed.

    "We here by undertake that in case of any defence orders/BBMP comes against our plot, you can
    take action in accordance with law and request to give approval for the plan
