If I am going to open a primary level university in my country then first of all, I am going to
understand a marketing structure, competitors, consumer behavior, problem in market, resource
allocation and problem in resource allocation. I will strongly focus on marketing mix including
product, price, place and promotion. I will acquire a hierarchical level organizational structure
and have a proper SWOT and PESTEL analysis for primary level universities.

If I am going to expand my primary level university in 4 different countries then I will expand
my university in Europe side Germany, Italy, Hungary and Austria. I will charge 70,000 Rs for
the name.

If I am a HR manager of my university, I will acquire a Hierarchical level of organizational
structure in which board of directors are on top and the workers on the down level. If I talk about
leadership pyramid then I will focus on effective leadership style and contributing leadership
style. Where mission, vision, goals, initiative, structures, and working in a team is essential part
for my university. I will focus on centralized authority and transactional leadership style is very
important.

If the math’s teacher is laid off in one my country where I am operating then it is obvious that
stakeholder’s response would be weird and inevitable and perhaps it would be distraught and
fickle. But, I will always have a contingency plans and If one teacher is laid off for any specific
reason then we would have other qualified teachers to overcome and to maintain peace between
stakeholders and management.

If I plan to launch a kid’s university in USA then definitely I would face huge reactions from
local state and from country state. I will formulate a proper strategy including vision, mission,
SWOT analysis, long term objectives, and alternate strategies and choosing a particular strategy
according to the situation. I will have a strong strategy for cultural beliefs and our strategy is not
to hurt any individual sentiments. We will strongly focus on beliefs, values, attitudes and
behavior. We will adopt USA culture in USA so we will not hurt their sentiments. For merger
and acquisition we have horizontal and vertical integration strategy to implement. We will adapt
a particular strategy according to the situation.
