MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum of Agreement made and entered into by and between:

SAN ESTEBAN HIGH SCHOOL, MACABEBE, PAMPANGA an educational institution duly organize and existing
under the Department of Education (DEPED) with office address located at San Esteban Macabebe, Pampanga
represented by its Principal Mr. Jojokyle L. Carencia hereinafter referred to as the “EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION”

and

THE BOARDWALK BUSINESS VENTURES with address at PASIG CITY hereinafter referred to as a “EXTERNAL
STAKEHOLDERS”

WITNESSETH, that:

WHEREAS, BOARDWALK donated one hundred fifteen (115) bags to selected learners of San Esteban High School.
