Human Asset Consultants Ltd was founded in August 2008 and is a Human Resources consultancy firm
that was inspired by the belief that the success of any entity begins with discovering, developing
and nurturing the skills, potential and talent of any human being.

The Human Resource is the most important Asset in any organization and thus, deserves special focus
and attention, tailor made to suit specific situations and environment.

Over time, other team members have come in with competences and experiences in various sectors
including the Agricultural, Health, Manufacturing, Banking, Microfinance, Hospitality, Finance and
Insurance industries, Government Institutions and NGOs among others. They have brought in real
world practical experiences gained.

2.1OUR METHODOLOGY

In this assignment, we propose to use a consultative approach as well as an open and transparent process.
This will ensure greater acceptability by the client of the results of the exercise.

Our methodology, therefore, follows a logical sequence of the following specific iterative activities.

2.1.1Preliminary Activities: Contract Signing and Resources Mobilization

The preliminary agreements and signing of contract before commencement of Assignment will be
our first step.

2.1.2Outreach Strategy

Our strategy will be to use various methodology of reaching the desired or targeted audience. This
will include using:-

2.1.3Selection and Shortlisting

The process that we intend to use to identify the most suitable candidate will be:-

 Sort and select most qualified candidates based on the input we key in according to the
qualification criteria.
 Develop a point rating system, which will enable the Consultant select the applicants in a
systematic way. This point rating system is normally developed by referring to the job description
of the relevant position as well as the current mandate and needs of the company. It is
therefore important to get a comprehensive job description from you.
 Ensure that all Applications are given due considerations and fair chance.
 Ensure that the Company’s interest is a priority at all times.

2.1.4Interviewing and Vetting Procedure

The process that we intend to use to identify the most suitable candidate includes:-
 Filling of Application for Employment Form.
 Virtual and physical Interviews ensuring that the Covid-19 protocols are observed.
 We recommend 3-5 top candidates to you where you are then able to pick the
candidate of your choice from.
 We will thereafter carry out background checks for those we identify as potential
candidates that we shall be recommending to you.

2.3FINAL REPORT UPON COMPLETION OF ASSIGNEMENT

Human Asset Consultants Ltd shall prepare a comprehensive Final Report which will mainly entail the list
and background of the recommended candidates. This will be done within 3 weeks of the sign-off of
the assignment.
