Dear Parents and Guardians:

Greetings!

This year, the STEM Skills Development Program, Claret Research Team, Student Congress, and El Fuego Claretiano, through the
Practical Research I and II (Qualitative and Quantitative/ Scientific Research) classes, will hold their 2nd Research Conference for two
Fridays and one Saturday beginning on March 25, then April 2, and 8, 2022 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a hybrid face-to-face mode
of presentation in Claret School of Zamboanga City. This said activity will be graded under the Quarterly Assessment of the Grade 12
students and Performance Task of the Grade 11 students.

In relation to this, we would like to inform you that we will be collecting 250.00 PHP from each student for their food inclusive of morning
and afternoon snacks and lunch during the said event. Payment can be given to their class adviser in cash or through GCash to the
number, 09260962824 (Donna Mae R. Ricaborda), for Grade 11 students and to the number, 09161394807 (Daniel Angelito G.
Hernandez), for Grade 12 students on or before March 22, 2022, Tuesday. With this, students will just stay inside the campus for the
whole day. They will only be asked to bring their vaccination card/ certificate/ QR code, wear their face masks at all times, bring their
own hand sanitizers, and practice physical distancing while they are in the campus.
