1.2 Nature of the business

Our nature of business is by selling nature skin care to our costumer
to help people to improve their skin using nature product.It also
help costumers to know more about the health of their skin.By
these it serves a social purpose by improving people's standard of
living

City in KL (pavillion)

2.2 Why that location?

The reason that we choose our location in the city is that our
selling product is a natural skincare product and the product will
be more expensive than others skin care products. If we choose
the location in a rural area, the people there will not choose to
use such expensive products but the people in the city are
different there will more care about their skincare and would
like to spend money on this.

Beyond this, in a big city, there is more population. Let's take

an example, the same percentages of 10% in rural areas and
the city make a very big difference, in a rural area it can be
3000 people but in the city, it can be 30000 people.

Also in the city, more jobs consider services this will cause the
workers to pay more attention to their skincare problems.

In this modern life, natural products are very popular as

nowadays people are more afraid of using some chemical skin
products that may cause the face to spoil. So these are the main
reason that we choose our location in a big city
