Writing a Business Plan is not an easy task, it needs time, money and effort,
considering that this paper will determine our chance to graduate in Senior High. We
tackled different challenges especially in time management and conflict in our
schedules; various school activities and we also have our immersion at the same time.
Nevertheless, we knew that we can do it, and we did. Facing challenges is never easy
without the people who always stand by your side no matter what. As we successfully
accomplished this proposal, we would like to express our appreciation and deepest
gratitude to the following:

First and foremost, we would like to give all the praises and glory to our Almighty
God for being the source of strength, knowledge, ability and the perseverance to
complete it satisfactorily. The blessings and eternal love He showered upon us is the
main reason for the success of this Business plan.

Along the way, we would to thank our Entrepreneurial teacher, Mr. Domingo
Bonghanoy Jr., for guiding us and providing his heartfelt support that has given us
invaluable guidance, inspiration and suggestions in our quest for knowledge. And to
Mrs. Maricar Baguio and all of the teachers who lend their hands, we are so honored to
be shared with their expertise.

To our parents and guardians who gave financial support and for believing that
we will succeed with our business. We are grateful for their undying love, patience,
understanding and encouragement as we faced ordeals and challenges along the
process.

Lastly, to all of the people behind the B’JayliCiouS, our group mates, who gave
their best by cooperating and motivating each one of us. The vital insights and the
invaluable time we spend together with our hard work and dedication contributed
tremendously in the completion of this project. Above all, the memories we’ve shared
and the lesson we’ve learned along the way are priceless.

Loan Payment Schedule

Small business takes out commercial bank loans for a variety of reasons. Loans
can be created using accounts receivable or inventory as collateral; borrowing money is
expensive for a company and raises its risk. On the other hand, it will help the company
to finance the expenditures of the business. ₱ 50,000 with 15% interest worth of ₱
7,500 is equal to ₱ 57,500 in one year. ₱ 57,500 is divided to 12 months of paying is
equal to ₱ 4, 791.67 to pay per month.

Financial Analysis

Brilliant business ideas nowadays are mostly generated, agreed-upon and

closed-deal in the tranquil confines of milk tea shops. Every visit to any of the leading
milk tea shop in the town is definitely not complete whiteout those businessmen
gathered in a semi-conference talk about a new business deal or simply brainstorming.
This goes to show that milk tea shops in the Philippines offer a lot more than serving a
good cup of tea.

Due to the growing health consciousness of Filipino consumers, the tea shop
industry will surely saturate in the market. It’s just about being the deviation from the
coffee shop trend, but the drink itself is healthier and contains more calming effect than
any other beverage.

Having a tea or sweet drink shop in nearby field and courts allows the customer to enjoy
their cup of tea with a good ambience. It is best to give the customers the main benefit
of tea to their system – that soothing and calming effect.

The feasibility of B’JayliCiouS can determine the viability of the business; it

ensures the project legally and technically feasible as well, economically justifiable.
Considering those factors, the tea industry is indeed ready to make a market of its own
in the Filipino market.
