Fixed Engine Overspeed Count display issue in the MaxxForce Activity Report

2010 MaxxForce 11/13, running the Relative Compression Test or High Pressure Pump
Test, the Save, Print & Refresh buttons do not display the first time. The buttons will
display after running the test a second time.
There is an issue with creating a template not connected to a vehicle. After you save a
template, close and reopen a template twice, the template can be corrupted.
Intermittant snapshot recording issue where the file is not saved correctly. Restarting
ServiceMaxx typically resolves this issue
