SUMMARY:

This story begins when Lisa reads a letter while her parents ate breakfast. She is very excited, the
letter said that she is a finalist of a international short story competition, the organisers offered her a
full week in London. From Monday to Saturday tourism an on Sunday it would be the final.

At the Heathrow Airport in Loodon, a young woman called Diana is waiting for Lisa. When she see
her, walks up to her to introduce herself, At the hotel in Lisa’s room, she is fascinated by seeing the
Hyde Park and the Serpentine Lake, so she takes pictures. Lisa and Diana go downstairs to meet the
others finalists, there she meets Nadia, who also likes photography, Sergio and Lars.

Then they head to Tube Station to go to Trafalgar Square, where they can take some photos and
feed some pigeons. In Tuesday they go to the tower of London, which is one hundred years old,
they see the Crown jewels. Later they are in a restaurant because they’re hungry, when they leave
the restaurant Lisa is worried, she can’t find her camera; so Sergio offers to take photos for her.

It’s Wednesday morning, Diana and the others go to Madame Tussaud’s, a waxworks museum.
They watch famous people like Mrilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley, they head to the Chambers of
Horrors. On Thursday, they are in Harrods, a large store where tourits can buy souvenirs. Lisa
bought a dress, Sergio a T-shirts with the Great Britain flag and Nadia a cup with the flag too. On
Friday nigth they go to the theater to see a musical, something that excited the children, although
Lisa was sad because she couldn’t take pictures without her camera.
On Saturday they are in the London zoo, specifically in the reptile house, only that Sergio got
scared qhen he saw the snake. In another part of the zoo, Diana showed them the animals, there
were kangaroos from Australia, tigers from India, elephanta from Afica and many more. It’s
Sunday and is the final, everyone is excited for the first prize that is an awesome camera, the judge
is speaking, Lisa is the winner ande everyone is happy.
