Project Introduction The subject comes from the cooperation project of industry university research
of a machine tool enterprise. It mainly designs the mechanical part of the NC
milling machine. It needs to analyze and design the bed, transmission part,
spindle part and guide rail part of the milling machine. The purpose of this
research is to enable students to use the knowledge learned in the University
for four years to independently design a small special CNC milling machine.
Through this graduation project, students can understand and digest the
knowledge of this subject learned in the University, and independently
complete the design of an actual mechanical system under the guidance of
teachers, so as to lay a solid foundation for students to go to society.

Tasks and requirements for The main design tasks :

students 1. Complete the design of the overall scheme of the system.
2. Complete the design of the bed.
3. Complete the design of XYZ axis.
4. Complete the motor selection design and motor installation design.
5. Complete the shape design of the machine tool.
