Dear Sir,
As an exclusive dealer of Haulotte Group and tender related capital Spare Parts and Machineries we M/S
A & J lnternational placed order to the oEM's factory in France on the date of 15. 05. 201g after
confirming the final order from Power Associate. But unfortunately OEM's factory workers started to
commit a strike due to their internal factors from the date 20.05.2019 to 01.09.2018 (Approx 100
days) and all kinds of production has been stopped. After overcoming this situation they started
production of the tendered items on the date of 10.09.2018 and completed the production on
15.02.2019. After that the goods were handed over to Mega Merchandising Company Ltd. for final
shipment as per direction of Power Associate.

So, we hope that you will understand the situation and take necessary actions to pardon the late
delivery charge in favor of Power Associate. Your kind consideration will be highly appreciated in this
regards.
