(And so on...)

When you draft your Products and Services section, think of your reader as a person

who knows little to nothing about your business. Be clear and to the point.
Think of it this way: The Products and Services section answers the "what" question

for your business. Make sure you fully understand the "what" factor; you may run the

business, but your products and services are its lifeblood. The first step, the company will

initiate undertakings wherein they will go to different communities to encourage the citizens

to drop-off their used clothes, wherein they have an option to donate it, or exchange it for

cash accordingly. After collection, the company will start to upcycle it, the workers who will

make these are the unemployed PWDs and Senior Citizens who are willing to work but have

not given the chance to. Their job will be based on their capabilities they could offer. The

company will also encourage them to join trainings and seminars to help them upskill. The

upcycled clothes will be sold to the market and the proceeds will be used for funding to

continuously run the business and expand the company’s network. This will encourage more

people to help the unemployed citizens around the country and help lessen the amount of

cluttered clothes and live more sustainably.

VIII. Social Purpose

Who will benefit?

Why is there a need for your social enterprise?

How will running your social enterprise meet that need? What type of social

enterprise is it? Non-Governmental Organisations with commercial arms, a non-profit

organisation that does not rely on grants and donations, but instead earns income through

selling goods and services. Social firm, a business set up to create employment for those

most severely disadvantaged in the labour market
