have a profit at the end of the period of each Financial Year.

Risk Management Plan


The risk management plan covers the theory that how much we gonna make a profit on the
investments. It is obvious that while starting any business, it is the first question of the Investor
that how much he will be getting by putting the investment. So, for this, we have a tool to
measure the profitability of the business by calculating the Return on Investment (ROI).

From the calculations, we have a positive Return on Investment, which shows the project
viability. We can expect at least 7% per month return on our capital invested.

The Human Resource Management department will be fully organized and will be hiring the
Staff at the right time with the right skills. In any Company, the HR department has great
responsibilities as it has the main authority to select the people/staff for the business by going
through the long process that involves giving an ad in the newspaper or websites, then collecting
the biodata and shortlisting the most suitable one. Businesstopia, 2108, states that Human
resource management ensures that the right quality and quantities of workers are present in the
workplace, as well as providing opportunities for individuals and groups of employees to
develop and improve their careers.Employees who are motivated work hard to achieve their

Procurement Management Plan


This is considered to be the most important tool for any business organization. We at Digital
Surgeons are very cautious while making the agreements with the stakeholders. A clear and legal
contract will be made available for contracting with any of the stakeholders(i.e)the
Vendors,Banks,Employees. In any uncertain situation, we will be sending the case to our
Lawyers who will then proceed to the case in a Legal way. According to the Government survey
of 1965, Procurement plans are tested against program disciplines such as configuration controls,
reliability, and quality standards.The whole aim is to work under legal restrictions and follow the
rules.
