Direction: Let the students scan their notes on the topics discussed for the third

quarter for 5 minutes.

2. Analysis Ask the students if they are ready in taking the test.

Give instructions.

4. Application Let the learners take a 30-item test for 40 minutes

Read in advance the topics in Health 8 for the fourth quarter.
Conduct a removal examination for learners who did not meet the passing score.

Return the papers of the learners.
1. Activity Let the students count all the papers and let them multiply .27 to identify how
many uppers and lowers to be analyze.
2. Analysis
Ask the learners the process of conducting item analysis.

3. Abstraction
Give the instruction in conducting the item analysis.

4. Application Conduct Item Analysis in MAPEH 8

VI. EVALUATION Collect all papers, check and evaluate the result.

V. ASSIGNMENT
Read in advance the topics in Music 8 for the fourth quarter.
