For Change of Chem Analyzer Mid-cycle Run

• Log on your NEQAS account and select the “Configure” Menu on the
top screen. Hover the cursor to the drop down menu and click “Test
Setup”
• Select the program name “Clinical Chemistry (Monthly) Program –
Cycle 21” and the “From sample” number of your current NEQAS run
(for the month of October, it should be sample 4)
• Click “Setup by Instrument” button
• Click the Instrument dropdown box and type or search “Vector Vchem
Next”
• A new pop-up window will appear containing tests and reagent
brands enrolled for Vchem Next
• Tick boxes for your Laboratory’s enrolled tests and its corresponding
Beacon reagent.
• Change the unit of measurement based on what is practiced in the
lab
• Click Save at the bottom of the list
