RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH

DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CBYDP) OF BARANGAY TUNGAWAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019-
2021.

WHEREAS, presented for consideration and approval in the Comprehensive Barangay

Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) of Barangay Tungawan for the years 2020- 2022.

WHEREAS, after proper discussion and deliberation, the CBYDP is deemed in accordance
with the JMC- 1 series of 2019 and the annual Barangay Youth Investment Program of Barangay
Tungawan and is aligned with the Philippine Youth Development Plan and Local Youth
Development Plan;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, as it is hereby resolved, to approve the Comprehensive

Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) of Barangay Tungawan for FY 2020-2022.

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN ANNUAL BUDGET OF

BARANGAY TUNGAWAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019 IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF TWO
HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND 48/100 (245,600.48)

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 20(a) of the SK Reform Act of 2015 (Republic Act 10742, ten
percent (10%) of the general fund of the barangay shall be set aside for the SK, which shall be
appropriated in lump sum;

WHEREAS, the SK Annual Budget of Barangay Tungawan is in accordance with the approved
Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP);

WHEREAS, following the guidelines enumerated under DBM-DILG-NYC Joint Memorandum

Circular (JMC) No. 1 s. 2019, the Annual Budget of Barangay Tungawan has prioritized programs,
projects, and activities for equitable access to quality education, environment protection, climate
change adaptation, disaster risk reduction and resiliency, youth employment and livelihood, health and
anti-drug abuse, gender sensitivity, sports and development and capability building which emphasizes
leadership training;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, it is hereby resolved, to approved the Annual Budget of

Barangay Tungawan for FY 2020 in the total amount of TWO HUNDRED FORTY FIVE
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND 48/100 (245,600.48)
