Goal: Establishing myself as a professional in higher education.

a  Focus on an intentional career search to find a position and the beginning start to my
r career that will fit my passions and wants in a new position—being intentional
through informational interviews, networking, and in-depth research of the
1 institution and department.
 Develop strategies to create healthy boundaries from personal and professional lives.
 Develop new support systems within my area that can provide guidance and
understanding. This includes reaching out to old mentors and supervisors.
 Read Never Good Enough and Let Them See You.

Goal: Start personal journey and growth of being an advocate for marginalized identities.

Developing and Executing an Impactful Diversity and Inclusion Strategy
 Provide professional support to student affinity groups by connecting with the DEI
Office.
 I will make an individual effort to promote DEI work throughout the campus and
advocate for students, also within my work.
