RESOLUTION NO. 01,

SERIES OF 2023

A RESOLUTION OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF BARANGAY TAGUITIC

REGULATING THE SIDEWALK VENDORS IMPOSING FEES AND PROHIBITING
SIDEWALK HOUSE OWNERS FROM COLLECTING FEES

WHEREAS, the Barangay Taguitic aims to put in place sidewalk vending regulations, licensing
approval procedure to adhere, safeguard the wellbeing, safety, and health of community
as well as;

WHEREAS, the Barangay finds that the regulations set forth herein are directly related to the rights of
the Barangay to the areas being rented thereof, and

WHEREAS, the Barangay taguitic specifies standards for neighborhood sidewalk regulation
merchants and permits the adoption of such rules through resolution or ordinance;

NOW THEREFORE, after a mature deliberation, it was move by Barangay Kagawad Benjie Vergara
and seconded by all members present, it was;

RESOLVED FURTHER to forward copy of this resolution to Municipal Office for

reference and record.

Done this 12th day of January 2023 at the Barangay Taguitic, Kapatagan Lanao del Norte.
