Terms and Conditions:

• Prices quoted are INCLUSIVE of 12% value added tax.
• Prices are subjected to change without prior notice.
• This offer shall be valid for Thirty (30) Days from the date of this proposal.
• Jobsite conditions are subjected to ocular inspection prior to pouring.
• Schedule of RMC pouring must be advised at least three days in advance.
• A “No Purchase Order, No Delivery” is strictly implemented.
• All permits and other fees such as pass way, entry pass, barangay pass, parking fees,
etc. shall be for the account of the client.
 • Customer will provide, safety road ways; including lighting, traffic sign, traffic
personnel assistance & waste disposal areas within site premises.
• Prices are applicable for clients who are on a 20km. radius away from our RMC
Plant located at MMG Compound, Sitio Malipa, Brgy. Maguyam Silang Cavite.
• Compressive Strength testing, are free of charge (with in minimum volume of 50m3),
however, other testing not included at pre- pouring agreement will be liable to the
requesting party.
• Minimum delivery is 8cubic meter and an additional amount of Php. 1,500.00/ m3
will be charged for any single load delivered below the minimum requirement.
• Adjustment on payment, if any, shall be settled after the pouring proper.
• A separate three percent (3%) interest rate will be charge monthly for every
corresponding late payment.

For check deposit other than BDO, clearing days must be observed prior to delivery.

For new clients, CIS (Customer Information Sheet) must be filled up credit term
approval prior to pouring. Non-compliance of CIS will be charged full payment
before pouring.
